We need to talk.
If you ever wake up one day and realize, holy shit, I'm actually doing this.

it hits you like, I have to make a move.
Like, and if I sit in this spot for onemore damn second, I'm gonna lose my mind.

(00:23):
That was me a few weeks ago.
I looked at a picture of myselfand had a, who even is she
moment and not in a good way.
I still love and accept myself and likethink I'm really great and all kinds of
that, but I saw things and I was like.
Mm, mm-hmm.
Q Operation, juicy ass and tonedarms, because here's the deal, I'm

(00:47):
turning 40 this summer and I decidedI am not entering this next decade.
Feeling weak, not strong, and just feeling meh.
About my health.
I wanna feel strong, sexy, unstoppable.
And honestly, the timing couldn't be moreperfect because if you're also feeling
this pull towards waking up towardstaking action and finally stepping into

(01:11):
that next version of you, whatever it isthat you wanna go after, it's not random.
It's spring, actually, the realnew year, the goat of fresh starts,
and this is when nature wakes up.
When the energy in the worldshifts, when everything starts
moving again, doors start opening.

(01:32):
Things start aligning.
And maybe just, maybeyou're waking up too and.
That can bring up a lotof fear, or is it fear?
I don't know.
That's what we're gonnatalk about in this episode.
If it's bringing up some typeof fear for you, that's exactly
what we're gonna talk about.
Here's what you're gonna walk away within this episode and make sure that you.

(01:54):
Stay until the end.
Because this one is juicy, it's potent.
You're going to understand whythe fear of success is keeping you
stuck, even if you don't realize it.
How to tell if you're actuallyafraid of your own power.
That is a big one, and a simple mindsetshift that you're gonna walk away with
to help you stop self-sabotaging yournext level and why your greatest comeback

(02:19):
is the place to move through all of it.
Oh, and before we dive in.

(02:40):
There is a benefit to being on the waitlist, so the links in the show notes.
All right, let's get into it.
You are listening to HerHeart Heals Divorce Radio.
Hi, I'm Christina Cuevas.
Seven years ago I went through a divorceand it completely turned my world
upside down and I'm so glad it did.

(03:02):
I documented my healing to shareinformation with other women going
through their own divorce journey and now.
With thousands of downloads around theworld from divorced women just like you.
I'm here to show you how to ditchthe shame around divorce and
finally heal so that you can regainthe confidence to create your
most abundant and joyful future.

(03:23):
I'm so glad you're here.
This is her Heart Heals Divorce Radio.
Am coming at you and I can barely walk.
I'm sitting in my chair becauseI have been getting after it
these last couple of weeks.
I've been reintroducing my walking pad.
I've been working out, doing somestrength, doing some Pilates.

(03:47):
It's a vibe.
You know?
I am feeling so motivated, butagain, we're not here to talk
about Operation Juicy ass.
We're here to talk aboutthe fear of your own power.
I've seen it.
I've lived it, and I hear itall the time from my clients.
Now, they're not saying it directly,but it's a pattern that I pick

(04:09):
up on when they're stepping intotheir greatest comeback era.
And it's almost like there's thislittle lingering feeling and this fear.
What if your greatness is too much?
Not what if you fail?
What if you can't do it?
I feel like divorced womenare very confident that like

(04:31):
they're not scared of hard work.
You know?
Like, give me the work.
I will do it.
So it's not a matter of likeif we can do it, it's a matter
of like, what if we do though?
What if we do actually succeed?
What if you become so magnetic,so fucking unstoppable that
your life looks unrecognizable?

(04:53):
Then what?
And maybe if we're being really honest,it's not the power that you're afraid of.
It's the destination.
Like it's trusting that once youget there, once you cross the bridge
from the woman that you are to thewoman that you could be, that you'll

(05:14):
actually want that life, that thatlife will be your new level of safety.
And here's why this feels so hard.
The present feels easier.
Because we can control it.
Remember, we've been talking a lotabout living in an familiar hell

(05:35):
and how it's easier than livingin an unfamiliar heaven, right?
The present is controllable.
We have that on lock.
And we get that often because we'vegone through a divorce, we've gone
through so much uncertainty thatthis stability, even though it's

(05:56):
not the life that you ultimatelywant to live, you're still clinging
to it because it's secure for you.
Right, and it's almost like, okay, it's taken so long to feel
like I'm not on shaky ground.
Why would I wanna go and put myself inanother situation that feels uncertain?

(06:17):
We know how to handle ourcurrent reality, even if it's
not what we want, but the future.
That's unknown baby.
And that's unknown andit feels uncontrollable.
Am I right or am I right?
I'm right.
Right.
Okay.
So.
Let's stop making theunknown mean something scary.

(06:38):
I just had this conversation with aclient of mine and we were talking
about making it mean expansion.
I.
Freedom, the version of youwho finally gets to breathe.
And really it's just about conditioningyourself from doing things that
feel un uncomfy so that it, thatactually becomes your normal and

(07:01):
it doesn't feel so uncontrollable.
And we just start to practice that muscle.
And here's an aha moment that I gotabout fear that I had a brilliant.
Acronym for Fear the other day, future events appearing real fear,
future events appearing real.

(07:23):
Boom.
Fear is a mix of the unknown, adrenaline and excitement.
It's the same feeling that a performergets before stepping on stage.
It's the same electricity thatEminem felt before walking out
to that eight mile moment, right?
Guess what?
That feeling is actually your invitation.

(07:44):
Like maybe we've just beenlooking at fear all wrong.
Maybe it's not even fear, like fear is just this giant
label that we've put it on.
But what if it's actuallyjust like you're excited?
What if it just means that you'refeeling, uh, this adrenaline rush, right?
Like again, right beforeyou're gonna go on stage.

(08:07):
It's your signal that you areon the edge of something big.
So why haven't you made the leap yet?
I know.
I know.
You want the breakthrough, you want theglow up, you want the financial abundance.
But be honest with me, have you actuallymade time for yourself to go inward?

(08:31):
Have you given yourself permission?
To process, to feel safety in yourbody, to let the power of you settle in
instead of scaring the shit outta you.
If not, you're not alone, so don't worry.

(08:52):
This is why most people stay stuck.
It's not because theyneeded a longer to-do list.
It's not because theyneeded more strategy.
And in fact, a lot of times whenpeople come to work with me for
business strategy, like I give themthe strategy and they don't do anything
with it because we end up working alot around feeling safe in your body.

(09:18):
Because that's the first step.
That's exactly what we also doinside of your greatest comeback.
This isn't just another course.
It's a container.
It's a space that holds youand holds you accountable.
I might add, while you do the deep work,it's the cocoon that you need to regulate
your nervous system, step into yourpower, and stop the self-sabotaging for

(09:42):
the very life that you say that you want.
Inside of YGC, we are doingtrainings to help you heal for good.
You get a guided meditation bundleto actually rewire your subconscious
because my meditations are actuallyrooted in subconscious hypnosis.
You're also gonna get journal promptsto uncover what's been holding you back.

(10:03):
We are going deep.
We're doing the deep work, andyou're gonna get a full workbook
to map out your next level self.
And the best part, well, the wait list closes soon.
So if you're listening to this rightwhen this episode comes out, you'll
still have a chance to join it.
And if you want in at the bestpossible price, now is the time.

(10:24):
So here's your homework.
Instead of running from that feelingof power, I want you to lean into it.
Take a moment today, close your eyes.
Visualize the future you, not justwhat she looks like, but how she
feels, but confident, grounded, whole.

(10:48):
And I want you to start doing things thatactually make you feel uncomfortable.
Little by little.
And then at the end, I want youto analyze, okay, how'd that feel?
Let's go do it again, and then let's go doit again, and then let's go do it again.
And then you're going to realizethat it's not so scary, you know

(11:08):
what the other side looks like.
We have to start conditioning ourselvesto taking this action into the unknown,
so then that way we can step into our.
Familiar heaven, and if you want astep-by-step process to actually become
her, you want me to hold your hand?

(11:29):
I got you.
Your greatest comeback is here for you.
Links in the show notes to get inon it because this is your time.
This the universe isall aligning right now.
It's the perfect time.
It's spring, things are wakingup, people are making moves,
and we're just getting started.
So I want you to ask yourself, what am I actually afraid of?

(11:52):
If all of this goes good, if allof this goes better than I can ever
imagine, what am I actually scared of?
The answer might shock you, and if youactually cannot get an answer, let's chat.
I wanna talk through this and really helpyou understand what it is that's holding

(12:14):
you back, because it's not the strategy I.
It's not it.
I've had clients who've achieved thesuccess, but they still deal with
this internal fear and they don'treally know what to do with it.
And it's like we can't go and achievethis success and feel that we're
going to be able to sustain it.

(12:35):
When you have this feeling and youdon't know what to do with these
emotions, and what we find out moreoften than not is that it's not fear.
You've just.
Labeled it as that, and it's, it'sall kinds of other stuff that we
have when we dig deep into thesurface, and those are the actual

(12:56):
blocks that really, really matter.
Did it give you a littleswift kick in the tush?
Let me know.
Let's chat over on Instagram.
I love hearing from you guysand until the next one, see ya.
