Welcome to another episode ofRedesigning Life.
(00:25):
This week I have a reallyexciting guest, grace Emmons.
Grace is a healer and aspiritual coach, and I'll let
you introduce yourself.
We have some mutual friendstogether.
I'm excited about thisconversation, mostly
self-serving, because I have somany questions for you.
But first of all, thank you forjoining me.
Thank you so much for having me.
(00:46):
I'm excited to be here.
I would love why don't you giveour listeners a little bit of a
background on who you are, whatyou do and what brought you to
this moment?
Speaker 2 (00:55):
now, yeah for sure.
So I always have troubledeciding what title to use
because I I am a verymultifaceted, multi-passionate
woman, but I'm an intuitivecoach, an energy healer Um, I've
been featured by goop and umhave a uh, worldwide coaching
(01:20):
practice now at this point.
But really I studied across allsorts of schools, from getting
my master's in clinicalpsychology from Columbia
University to studying with, youknow, the best in class in
astrology, Reiki and Kabbalah.
And what I am really passionateabout in life and the movement
(02:02):
that I am leading is helpingconnect women back to a truer,
more alive feminine power, turnon their intuition, open up the
field of what they think ispossible for themselves to
really create and design theirlives and business to be in a
way that aligns with who theycame here to be and what they
came here to do, the gifts theycame here to share with the
(02:23):
world.
Here to be and what they camehere to do the gifts they came
here to share with the world.
Speaker 1 (02:33):
And, yeah, I'll pause
there for a second.
That's a good intro.
I want to talk about theintuition.
Last episode I had a celebrityhypnotist, sasha, on, and we
were talking about trustingyourself and trusting your own
voice inside leading you.
And I think, as women, we havea lot of different things going
on in our head because we'rejuggling so much.
And so how do you tell yourclients how to differentiate
(02:56):
between following your intuitionand fear?
So sometimes, if let's say, forinstance, something an
opportunity comes to me, andimmediately my body says no,
because I'm worried, becauseit's new, because I'm scared,
some people would say, well, myintuition told me not to do it,
but that's not intuition, that'sfear of the unknown.
(03:16):
So how do you sear your clientsinto knowing which one is which
?
Speaker 2 (03:23):
Well, first we
determine what your intuitive
type is, because I've identifiedthat there are actually five
key archetypes of how ourintuition is communicating with
us.
Really think of it as yourintuition is your own inner
language, between you and yourhigher self, god, whatever you
believe in.
It's like your own direct lineto that highest consciousness
(03:44):
energy, but it actually speaksthrough us in different ways, in
our own, like your own personalinner language.
So you have to learn that innerlanguage.
But there's five key types thatI teach people about and we
help find out yours.
I actually have a quiz for this.
Speaking of that, maybe we'lldrop that in for the listeners,
but there's actually a quiz tofind out what your type is.
(04:05):
And then it helps youunderstand how your intuition is
going to communicate with you.
Because people talk all thetime about gut feelings, gut
instincts.
That's only one intuitive typethat is really going to feel
those in a powerful visceral way.
That's our instinctive warrior.
And then there's a lot of waysthat intuition is communicating
that's a lot more subtle.
There's a lot of ways thatintuition is communicating
(04:27):
that's a lot more subtle.
Our dreamy mystic receivesintuition through dreams and
signs and symbols and seeing theangel numbers and that really
woo-woo side.
And then we have our wise sage, who receives intuition through
just a very clear knowing that'salmost impossible to discern
from knowledge and it's realwisdom, right, it's that inner
wisdom, and it comes through sogrounded and clear.
(04:48):
And then we have our visionarychannel, who you know will
receive big visions, and that'swhen people talk about being
able to see somethingintuitively, being able to see
your dream life or what you want.
You know that's the visionarychannel of intuition.
So, really, as you can see, andthen there's the intuitive
(05:09):
healer, who's the empath, andshe will feel and sense if
something's right, but it's verysubtle, it's not necessarily
going to be like a clear gutfeeling.
It might be sensing into ifsomething feels expansive and
exciting, versus if it feelsconstricting and contracting.
So there's really so muchnuance when it comes to
understanding our intuition andI think this is why people get
(05:32):
so hung up and stuck and theysay I don't have intuition, I
don't know how to hear from it.
It's like, no, you haven'tlearned how yours communicates
with you and it's a muscle, it'sa skill that the more that you
are willing to pay attention, tobe aware, to want to work, to
grow your intuition, yourrelationship with your inner
(05:52):
knowing and inner voice andinner guidance, the stronger it
gets, just like anything else, how did you even get into this?
Speaker 1 (05:59):
I mean, can you tell
people like your background and
then sort of what even led youto this new career?
Speaker 2 (06:27):
biotech.
I quickly went into consultingand consulting in that industry
and then eventually sellingthese like really high level
programs to pharma companies, where I was making like
multi-million dollar deals withVPs at pharma companies and
really like I had gone into thiswhole path because I cared
about healing and wellness and Ithought, wow, how cool would it
be if you could help makemedicines for people to fix
(06:51):
their diseases and for them tobe healthy and well.
And I was so amazed by ourhuman body and consciousness and
how our immune system works.
It's truly like magic what goeson in our bodies and I was
always intrigued by this ideathat our body can heal itself.
Our body has the intelligence, like if you cut, you know cut
(07:12):
your arm it heals back up.
Your body knows how to do thatright.
And you know all of the bestpharma and biotech drugs.
They're actually just well.
The biotech specifically, they're actually just mimicking
what our body does on its own.
So, anyway, that was why I wentinto that.
But then after several yearsdown that path, I realized
(07:32):
nothing that I'm doing ishelping people be well or better
.
If anything, I'm part of aproblem that is, in a lot of
ways, making people's livesworse.
I saw the worst side of thatindustry and I really had went
through my own spiritual journeyof self-discovery, of finding
out what my highest purpose wasin life, my highest path.
(07:53):
But wait, how did you?
Speaker 1 (07:55):
do that.
Can you walk us through whatthat looked like?
Speaker 2 (07:58):
Well it all started
with me going in for a Reiki
session that I thought was toheal a shoulder pain and I
didn't realize it was going infor a Reiki session that I
thought was to heal a shoulderpain and I didn't realize it was
going to change the entirecourse of my life.
I had a profound spiritualexperience, a transcendent
experience.
It was like being washed overwith this loving energy.
(08:20):
I felt like reconnected back tothis feeling that I knew I'd
felt before, but I couldn'tremember when.
Now I think it was probably, you know, back when I was with
God before I was born.
Like it was such a visceralknowing of this oneness that is
really the truth of the universe.
And coming out of that sessionit was like not only was my
(08:41):
shoulder pain gone, but I couldsee clearly I was connected back
to this grounded sense of self,of authentic like.
Oh shit, this is who I reallyam.
At the time I had been dealingwith a lot of anxiety, adhd, in
(09:02):
my work.
I just totally like came backto like I had woken up out of a
dream and I was back to me, tofeeling good.
Speaker 1 (09:14):
I've done a lot of
episodes with people who've done
psilocybin.
I've actually experienced itmyself too.
Speaker 2 (09:20):
It sounds like the
same profound awakening that you
would have doing that sort ofceremony.
(09:41):
It's an expanded state ofconsciousness, a brush with a
higher level of consciousness.
The same as plant medicines canbring us there, energy healing
can bring us there as well, soReiki can bring us to that state
and this was a very powerfulexperience.
It's not like every singleReiki session.
People are coming out with sucha profound, transformative time
(10:03):
, but for me it was, and I knowthat that happened that way
because it was meant to redirectmy path.
Speaker 1 (10:13):
Have you been back to
that Reiki healer since?
Speaker 2 (10:15):
I worked with her.
I worked with her for years.
I would go back and it became apart of my self-care and a part
of my healing journey to workwith her.
But very quickly, like afterthat first session or so, I said
I know I'm supposed to learnthis, I know I felt called and I
knew and I said, wow, how couldthat be?
Like there's no way.
(10:35):
I had this vision, this idea, and I said maybe in another life
I would just be a Reiki masterand I would live in Topanga
Canyon and I would have clientscome out and visit me.
Maybe in another life I coulddo that and I truly meant like
I'll reincarnate and do it,because it was so far away from
what I was doing at the moment.
Right and little did I knowthat that was something I would
end up manifesting over the nextfew years.
(10:56):
It led me down this path of myown spiritual study through
Reiki, studying under DeborahSilverman in astrology, studying
Kabbalah at the Kabbalah Center, and I really just did this
deep dive into my own soulblueprint, my own highest
calling, understanding what mygifts were, that had been
stifled and I'd been soseparated from this true sense
(11:18):
of myself.
And as I began to unravel that,my life began to shift and I
began to experience moreabundance than I ever had and
more freedom than I ever had andmore joy than I ever had.
I eventually made the leap toleave my corporate job and to
start out as an entrepreneur, and now I guide women that are
(11:40):
in that similar place where theyfeel kind of stuck.
They know they're not on theright path, but they might not
even know where they want to go,what they want to do.
I have a program to help womenthat want to move through that
spiritual journey themselves.
And then I also supportspiritual entrepreneurs who are
just starting out, because I hadmy own journey of trying to
(12:01):
make it work in the world ofspiritual wellness, healing,
coaching, and it is a wild, wildwest out there.
Let me tell you.
You start off saying I want todo this to help people.
I don't even care about money.
I left a job making hundreds ofthousands of dollars a year and
I said I don't even care aboutthat, I just want to do what I'm
here to do.
And then eventually you realizewait, what if the path of what
(12:24):
I'm here to do is also my mostabundant path?
What if this path of what Icame here to do and the gifts
I'm meant to share and thepeople I'm meant to help and how
I'm meant to heal, what if thatis actually the way that I'm
going to be the most abundantand that unlock to even more
abundance than I could haveimagined and it truly has been.
So I also help buddingspiritual entrepreneurs unlock
(12:46):
that next level of abundance intheir lives as well.
Speaker 1 (12:49):
So okay, take me back
to that, because I think
there's probably peoplelistening that want to make a
huge leap in whatever their newpath is.
And you even said, like I'll doit in my next life.
How did you find the courage?
Because at that point I assumeyou weren't married At that
point.
Speaker 2 (13:07):
So when I started
down the path of my studies, I
was doing it all on the side.
It was like every moment that Iwasn't working, I was just
studying astrology, sitting onthe floor, I studied for my bat
mitzvah.
I was like, in this deep periodof spiritual study and really
now everything I know aboutastrology and I do this with all
(13:30):
of my clients.
We look at their progressedmoon in their chart, because
this tells you it's a two to twoand a half year period and it
tells you what your life isgoing to feel like and kind of
the energy of that time.
And when I look back at it andonce I learned about this, I was
in my progressed moon phase ofPisces.
So Pisces is all.
(13:51):
It's the mystic, it's the magic, it's the spiritual, it's like
all I wanted to do was bathe inthat and live and breathe in it
and that and that's all.
I cared about it and I didn'tcare about making it into a
business.
It was for me, it was for themastery and the wisdom that I
would glean out of it.
And then, however, there'salways going to be this shift
when you're ready for somethingmore.
(14:12):
For me, it happened to happen.
Right around the time, myprogressed moon was shifting
into Aries, and what is Arieslike?
Aries is the entrepreneur, thespark, the go-getter, the.
We are the leader.
We're going to move and andcreate.
And, and that was when I feltthe spark of Ooh.
(14:34):
I meant to, you know, create abusiness in this.
This is meant to be my, my um,you know, this is my calling and
this is what I want to make mylife about.
So sometimes, if you feel thatthere's like an energy building,
that you're ready for a change, ready for a shift, there could
be real reasons why, or at leastthings we can look to to give
(14:56):
some information of what's goingon.
And that happens all the timethrough our life.
Right, we go through theseperiods and these phases because
we're meant to be continuallyevolving, people we're meant to
go through and you know, I'vehad, when I look back at since I
started that business, I've hadprobably three different
iterations of how I help people, how I bring my gifts to the
(15:18):
world, what that really lookslike because I change and I grow
, and and what business is goingto be most aligned is going to
shift and grow.
Right, I have two young girls,so what it means for me to be
the present mom that I want tobe, while also making a big
impact in the world, and the wayI want to make it.
You know that changes as theygrow, so this is what I love to
(15:39):
help people with.
It's this, you knowtransforming, the courage,
finding the courage you know, finding the courage.
Finding the courage, finding thecourage trusting.
When you feel these feelings, these nudges, these callings, or
you just feel stuck, like whatare the signs that you're ready
for a big change?
It could just be feelinguninspired, feeling stuck,
(16:00):
feeling burnt out.
Anytime we're burnt out, that'sa sign.
Something big needs to changeright, whether it's a new job, a
new career, a new moving yourfamily to a new city or
reinventing the way that youshow up at in your career, in
your job.
I just wrapped a program with acohort of women, my Peer Gold
(16:21):
program, and the changes thatthe women experienced.
Like for each woman it was sucha different thing that she
manifested, but it was sobeautiful to see.
Right, one landed a new job.
She went from being a top agentat CAA to landing a job heading
Mattel's film studios.
But what that was really aboutwas she wanted to have full
(16:42):
control over her time, theculture, to be able to work from
home a couple days right.
And so she manifested a new jobthat would allow her to then
show up in her life differently,in a way that serves her, in a
way that feels authentic forthis version of her, for another
woman in the group.
You know she went from zero to130,000 followers on TikTok for
(17:07):
her manifestation TikTok becauseshe wants to be the next Brene
Brown, the Brene Brown ofmanifestation, and she's doing
it right.
And that took her stepping intoa more full and true version of
her and sharing her voice.
So you know, thesetransformations it's not like a
one size fits all of you have tofollow my path.
(17:28):
It's about me helping you findwhat is that next level in your
path, right?
What is the next chapter foryou where you can show up more
fully, alive, authentic, embodied and reclaiming the
parts of us that oftentimes, inparts of our lives, we feel like
we have to hide or we end upgetting disconnected from?
Speaker 1 (17:51):
And all the clients
that you've worked with.
What do you think, when doesthat shift happen?
Like even the clients that youwere just talking about, the
Mattel or the TikTok followers, like, what do you find is what
they have in common in how theyfound that transformation shift?
Is it self-esteem?
Is it something that you'rephysically doing in your body?
(18:13):
Is it something that you'rejournaling?
What is everyone doing tocreate that success?
Speaker 2 (18:19):
Well, I lead through
a framework which is based off
the self-work that I did and thespiritual journey I moved
through, and this is what Ibring clients through.
But we start with the vision, expanded vision.
But the key to that is usingthings like energy healing,
turning on our intuition.
Because I'll meet people andthey say I don't even know what
the vision is, I don't even knowwhat I want.
(18:39):
How do I see what's for me?
How do I know how to manifestsomething?
I don't even know what I wantto manifest?
Right.
And so it's about first tappingin, because big vision,
intuitive vision again issomething that we can open up
using things like Reiki andenergy healing and resetting our
nervous system.
And then we do mindset work tohelp reframe beliefs.
(19:06):
Do mindset work to help reframebeliefs?
We dive into thatself-exploration, using
astrology and human design foreach individual to learn about
them, right.
That's why this is not cookiecutter.
It's like who are you?
Who are you meant to be in thislife?
What is the movement you'remeant to lead?
What are the gifts you're meantto share?
What is your voice meant to doin the world?
What are the gifts you're meantto share?
What is your voice meant to doin the world and we learn a lot
(19:28):
from the natal chart.
That really gives a lot ofclarity to people, to the women
I work with.
It also gives them a lot oflike, permission, Like they get
to say, wow, I always thoughtthis way that I was was holding
me back, but now I see I wastrying to fit a square peg in a
round hole right and, oh my gosh, no wonder I feel called to
this.
(19:48):
It's right here in my spiritualDNA of who I'm, in my soul DNA
of who I'm meant to be.
We do activation of ourintuition all along the way.
We're resetting, you know, ournervous system, doing energy
work to help rebalance the wholesystem so that we can open up
your heart and soul to receivemore.
And we do a lot of healing ofthe feminine energy.
(20:10):
Because what I find I work withall high achieving women who
have, you know, had a lot ofsuccess in life already, and a
lot of the success that wecreated has been in this
masculine world, in thiscorporate you know, capitalist
industry is very heavily ruledby the masculine energy.
(20:30):
So there's a reclamation of ourfeminine energy that has to
happen in order for us, as womento fully return home to who we
are.
And you know that's everythingfrom learning about the way that
feminine energy flows in cyclesand just shifting into the
energy of receiving.
And another girl in that group, for example woman in that group
(20:53):
we feel so childlike and fun.
But another woman in that group, she's an entrepreneur.
She owns a low-tox salon in LA.
She's opening her second salon,a second location, and she said
that the shift that she's hadenergetically within her, then
the way that her whole team isoperating, when she goes into
the salon, like she can see theripple effects of just the
(21:20):
culture changing through the waythat she is embodying her
feminine, her truth.
She's being the type of leaderthat she wants to be.
That's changing the way womenlead in this world.
Rather than I'm reallypassionate about this, I think
for so many years feminismlooked like girl bossing and
women trying to compete with menby being like I can, man harder
(21:40):
than you, right, I can put on asuit, I can be tough, I can
work from 5 to 9 pm, 5 am to 9pm, just as well as you can, man
.
And you had to be that boss in amasculine way.
And now we are just beginningto see this new wave.
People talk about the soft girlera or soft CEO era, but truly
(22:01):
we're seeing a wave of wow.
What would it look like for awoman to really lead?
What would a feminine CEO looklike?
What would it look like for awoman to lead, but not by
abandoning her femininity andall of who she is, by actually
using that, and it looks verydifferent than that masculine
CEO, right?
So, helping women tap into likewhat is that leadership energy
(22:24):
that's true for them?
Like what is that leadershipenergy that's true for them
that's really going to createchange in whether it's their
team at work, whether it'sthey're starting their own
business and in their clientsand those people and and you
know the audience that they'regoing to impact, whether it's
just in your family and how youshow up, by shifting your
vibration of who you're being,we're creating ripple effects of
(22:47):
change and bringing it back.
Speaker 1 (22:49):
There's such a pull
there.
Something happened a few weeksago with my manager and I want
to actually run this by youbecause we were having
correspondence with a big, hugecompany and my manager she's a
friend of mine and I love herand she wrote sorry for the
delay, something with her kids, and I called her and I was like
(23:12):
no, you cannot bring your motherthings into this conversation.
And she and I had a reallyinteresting conversation.
She goes I completely disagree.
I think we need to own the factthat we are humans and we have
families and it's okay not to beaccessible at all times to
(23:33):
everyone.
And you're right, like I thinkthat I'm so ingrained, like
still inside of me and I have toreprogram that.
Like how can we be CEOs andwomen and mothers and wives and
daughters and partners andfriends and all of that at the
same time?
(23:53):
And I think that we are alltrying to juggle that and what
does that look like?
And still be quote unquoteprofessional and I don't know
what the answer to that is, tobe honest, and I don't even know
what that world looks like.
But I do believe that there's ashift happening, but you know,
some people are embracing itbefore others.
Speaker 2 (24:11):
Yes, well, you get to
if you're somebody that's
noticing that and you feelcalled and you feel, wow, I
could be the change right, likethat client that I mentioned
who's heading Mattel's filmstudios.
It's like she's literally notonly setting the tone for her
team no-transcript, this wholenew archetype of what that looks
(24:49):
like.
That's what excites me so much.
But I think you're exactlyright.
We weren't modeled how to dothis and we have a lot of
programming in from society ofoh yes, like okay, don't talk
about your kids at work, andjust like, right, we don't want
to complicate things and I don'tknow that there's one right way
.
As with anything, I reallywould invite you to tune in
(25:12):
intuitively about, like, whatare the boundaries you want to
set for yourself and that youwant to communicate with?
You know people that work foryou or the culture you want to
set, and I don't know thatthere's one right or wrong way,
but I do believe that you know,I heard a female CEO talk once
and she said something aboutthere is no way to properly have
(25:35):
working hours and I sign off asmom from this time to this time
.
She's like I am in this stateof overflow and it's a constant
reprioritization and if my kidis sick from school, that
becomes the priority, and ifthere's a big launch at work,
that becomes the priority and wedon't, we will, as women, have
(25:56):
to inevitably have some amountof ebb and flow with our work
and life, and the faster that wecan get comfortable and just be
able to like be aware of it andnotice where we're at and
notice where we need to pullback and where we need to
reorient.
I think that's part of thisamazing, crazy puzzle that we
have as working moms to do right.
(26:17):
But I actually love that wordoverflow and I use it.
I have a membership that I runwhere I teach on all these
concepts in like an easy littlemonthly call.
You can join and dip in whenyou want and we do healings in
there and activations.
And I love this word overflowbecause I think this is really
an archetype that is like whatI'm leaning into is this
(26:41):
intuitive, iconic woman who's inoverflow.
It's like she has this thrivingbusiness with all this
opportunity and of coursethere's going to be so many
demands and requests and thesecool things she wants to do, and
she has a thriving family withchildren and a loving husband
and this amazing man and theywant to spend time and they're
going to do vacations and tripsand all these things, and it's
(27:03):
like almost just trusting thatthere's so much that what is
required of us is to expand ourcapacity and to trust ourselves
enough to know that we willcatch the ball that we need to
in the moment right, and that wecan trust our own inner compass
to guide us to what is neededin a different season.
(27:26):
And so, yeah, it's a trickyquestion.
I don't know if I answered yourquestion, but I will empower
you that you are so not aloneand that, like, you know what's
right for you and your familyand the deeper that you lean
into, yeah, your own innerguidance there.
That's really the way.
Speaker 1 (27:44):
When you say that you
have the member, you know all
of these women that are comingtogether and doing healing.
Can healing sessions and evenReiki sessions happen remotely?
Oh, yes, absolutely.
Speaker 2 (27:58):
How, how.
Speaker 1 (27:58):
Because, like healing
, is somebody on top of your
body.
I've had different healers anddifferent Reiki, but it's
somebody sort of hovering overyour body.
So how can you do that remotely?
Speaker 2 (28:09):
So while in an
in-person Reiki session and this
is something I did for years, this is one of the iterations of
my business I had my Reikistudio in Topanga at my Topanga
Canyon Oasis and clients thatwould come see me.
I love doing hands-on Reiki.
There's an added element ofhands-on touch if you do
actually hands-on touch butreally Reiki.
The energy of Reiki is alwaysnon-local.
(28:32):
It is not moving through fromthe fact that my physical hand
is there with your physical body.
The physical touch is an addedbenefit we learn about.
There are non-local healingmodalities.
I did my research on this in mymaster's at Columbia.
There's a group of variousspiritual, energetic faith
(28:56):
healings.
They kind of go by manydifferent names.
They're non-local, which meansthey're operating through a
different plane of existencethan the physical.
Here and now they're operating.
You know you could call it onthe quantum field.
You know you could call it onthe quantum field.
(29:18):
So, for example, there'sscience that shows like they
show healers working on cellscancer cells from a different
room working remotely on cancercells and the cancer shrinks
right and they don't have tohold.
I mean, even the fact that theycould hold anything and cancer
could shrink is insane, but theycan actually work remotely on
cancer cells and the cancer canshrink.
Because when you learn energyhealing, we begin to open into
(29:43):
what now science can alsoexplain is the fact that this
universe operates in a way thatisn't really what we like see
and feel and touch.
We know that this table that'sright here, that feels hard,
it's actually a collection ofatoms, which are actually just
collections of little packets ofenergy.
So how we experience the worldmost of the time 99% of the time
(30:07):
that's actually really onlyexperiencing 1% of the truth of
what's really here in theuniverse.
We are actually floating thetruth of what's really here in
the universe.
We are actually floating in asea of energy all the time.
There is no clear distinctionbetween where my skin ends where
the air begins.
If I'm working on you, it'sthrough intention that we link
(30:28):
up and we know this also fromquantum mechanics that two
particles at a great distancethat were once linked and that
at a great distance will stillbehave the same way, even when
they're miles, hundreds ofthousands of miles apart.
It's like magic.
Einstein called it spookyaction at a distance, but I see
(30:50):
it as beginning to paint thepicture of what energy healers
know from their own experience, from the real live sessions and
transformations and healingsthat happen.
But we're connecting throughintention.
I'm working on your bodyremotely and I also like to
(31:11):
guide clients by reallyempowering them to tune in with
their own intuition and what'sgoing on in their own body,
right, so it's also leading byexample of it's not just me,
it's not just everybody sittingback and I'm just sending Reiki
through the screen at them, which we also can do, but I go,
I make it this whole, you know, mind, body, spirit, experience.
(31:33):
So it's okay.
Maybe we tap in and you know, sabrina, can you become aware of
your heart space and maybebecoming aware of the energy of
the heart space, and maybe, asyou breathe, maybe you begin to
feel the energy in the heart, begin to expand, right, as if
(31:55):
with every breath you can feelthis expanse in the chest.
And what we're doing there iswe're working on your heart
chakra, but I'm also getting youinvolved as well.
So I like to kind of do it thatway, because I'm also teaching
as I heal.
I'm teaching those in my spherehow they can tap in and work
(32:15):
with these energies on their ownas well, because it is so
intuitive, right.
Speaker 1 (32:20):
Yeah, for anyone
listening, obviously in the
notes I will have all of Grace'sinformation and how you can
join into this program thatshe's doing.
Do you also believe well in theReiki?
Do you work with peopleone-on-one now, just without the
program?
Speaker 2 (32:39):
Now my one-on-ones
are all kind of like a VIP level
.
So I'll do one-on-ones yes, Ido, but um, it's um, a little
bit more like mentorship with myhigh level clients that want to
work one-on-one with me.
We're committing to threemonths, six months, working
together so that we can reallymove through transformation and
(33:02):
like that's just the type ofwork that I selfishly feel
really fulfilled by is gettingto build a relationship with
someone, help them move throughthese transitions in life and
step into a new chapter and feelempowered and really take the
action right.
So it's this kind of healingand coaching combined, but with
(33:22):
those clients.
I will do healings with themand I also have amazing healers
in my community.
I ran a Reiki studio where Ihad two healers that worked for
me and I'm still very close withthem.
So if anybody wants a Reikisession, I got you, we can get
you hooked up with somebody.
Um, but I'm really passionateabout working, you know, in a
more um in.
(33:43):
Yeah, I just like.
Speaker 1 (33:45):
I like working with
people More of a container
rather than a one-off, and and Ican attest that Grace actually
does read her DMs, because IDM'd you and you got back to me
pretty quickly.
One last thing before we go.
Obviously there's a wholespiritual aspect to your
coaching, but when you'reworking with people, especially
(34:07):
in a workshop or a program, arethere certain things that you
ask them to do physically tochange their vibration, Whether
what they eat, whether what theyeat, what they drink, what they
watch, what they listen to?
Are there any sort of recipesfor success that you give
clients?
Speaker 2 (34:27):
Oh, my favorite
recipe.
This is so simple, so easy, butit's like such a game changer
is just getting outside, walkingin nature.
If you want free energy healing, if you want a free reset to
your central nervous system, andlike the quickest instant reset
that is available to almostanyone, almost anywhere, is like
(34:47):
I think now they say aren'tthey, isn't it a thing now with
like Gen Z?
It's like touch grass.
I think that's a thing.
But I've been telling people todo this for like 10 years.
I'm like go outside, take yourshoes off, put your feet in the
grass, walk around.
You know, I think of.
So I'm so passionate aboutenergetic work because when we
(35:08):
change, like you said, whenwe're changing the body, the
mind, the heart and the emotionsall at once, that's when you
can really quantum leap into anew state of being and really
change the life around youinstantly.
So something that you know, ofcourse, sound baths.
People know about sound baths.
Of course, reiki I love Reikibut like nature is our OG energy
(35:32):
healer.
It's there's science that showshow much it resets our nervous
system.
It draws free electrons out ofour body, so it's grounds our
system, like quite literally ifyou know anything about
electrical engineering like it's.
Like it's literally the groundis.
When you have to ground acircuit, it's into the earth and
we are circuits that need to begrounded.
So that's something I love toinvite people to do.
(35:54):
But yeah, in my programs peoplekind of intuitively check in on,
like, where they need to makechanges, and it is a little bit
specialized to the individual.
But we do a lot of mindset work, looking at what beliefs are
holding them back and then howto reframe those.
So a lot of consciousness ofyour thinking and what you're
saying and what stories you'retelling, what narratives you're
(36:15):
telling and how you can rewritethose Right, because you're
nodding along, because you knowit's true, like the way that you
frame the story of what ishappening to you and what you
want, where you're going, whereyou came from.
Like you get to craft the storyof your life and we can I mean
we're like directors and writersand creators of our life movie.
(36:35):
We can.
I mean we're like directors andwriters and creators of our
life movie and so you get to um,yeah, you can really direct
that with a little bit ofintention and awareness.
Speaker 1 (36:51):
Grace, thank you so
much.
I have to have you back on.
I appreciate it.
Hopefully I could even do asession with you.
Um, for anyone listening, ifyou're driving, walking, hiking,
whatever you're doing, I willhave all of Grace's information
in the show notes.
You will be back on again, butthank you so much for your time
today.
Speaker 2 (37:04):
Thank you for having
me.
