What is the reason why so many friendships or corporations get shipwrecked?

The reason is that life standards or ethics don’t match up.

For instance, you do have a friend who is very funny and entertaining, and he always looks to make extra money, and he doesn’t care if he is cheating.

Guess, what will he do with you, when you trust him?

If you do have the same attitude, then it is okay to be together with a cheater/liar…

So higher your standards or ethics, so worse it becomes when you are together with people of a lower ethic. People with a bad attitude are always looking for people with a high standard to exploit them.

To be loyal to a cheater is stupid…! Instead, punish the cheater or go out of the situation.

If you own a firm and your colleagues don’t match up with your standards, it becomes messy for the things that you want.

For instance, you do want a high standard product, and your sales manager doesn’t care for quality, he wants just to sale as fast and as many as possible…

If you give your sales manager also the responsibility for creating new products, then this will never fit you. When Apple founder Steve Jobs died he gave a guy of the customer care department the highest position. Because Steve wanted to care for his customer…

For a different position in a firm, we do need different attitudes and standards…. And we should decide wisely which working attitude will fit.

And this should also be applied to our life.

We do live in an illusionary world. And, so we do idealize the people around us. But the reality is that we are often together with cheaters and liars.

Very often, a person is pretending to have a healthy attitude, and in reality, he looks to cheat… Or a person changes his attitude to the worse and is cheating us…

We choose always to check the attitude of the people we are together.
Otherwise, we get shipwrecked!!!!
