In questa puntata abbiamo approfondito cosa possiamo fare per occuparci del nostro bambino.
I sistemi di difesa che attiviamo oggi sono spesso una risposta alle esperienze che abbiamo vissuto nel passato, specialmente durante l’infanzia. Questi meccanismi diventano filtri inconsapevoli che influenzano il nostro modo di vivere le relazioni nel presente.
Come capire quando è il bambino interiore ad agire?
Il modo più diretto per scoprirlo è osservare le nostre reattività. Quando ci sentiamo feriti, incompresi, rifiutati o reagiamo in modo impulsivo, spesso è il nostro bambino ferito a prendere il comando.
Ci sono delle tecniche per entrare in contatto, educare e guarire il bambino interiore Meditazione sul respiro: crea uno spazio di silenzio e presenza per incontrare il bambino interiore, senza giudizio.
Scrittura di una lettera al bambino: l’adulto scrive al bambino ferito, lo ascolta, lo ringrazia, lo rassicura. È un atto di riconciliazione e cura.
Dialogo allo specchio: guardarsi negli occhi e pronunciare frasi positive rivolte al proprio sé bambino: "Ti vedo, ti ascolto, ti proteggo".
Linea temporale dell’infanzia: tracciare le tappe più importanti della propria infanzia e dare un punteggio emotivo a ciascun momento per individuare i traumi e le ferite più significative.
Stabilire confini interni: chiedersi: Cosa non è più accettabile nella relazione con me stesso? Imparare a dire "no" alle vecchie dinamiche autodistruttive.
Diario riflessivo: scrivere ogni giorno per ascoltarsi, riconoscere emozioni, pensieri ricorrenti, bisogni nascosti.
Che fare, allora? Agire ora!
È il momento di diventare noi stessi i genitori delle nostre parti più vulnerabili. Quelle che hanno ancora bisogno di amore, protezione, ascolto.
Solo così possiamo liberarci dai vecchi schemi e iniziare a vivere una vita più consapevole e autentica.
