Evan LeRoy is a Co-Owner at LeRoy and Lewis in Austin, TX. Evan was featured on the show back in 2018 for episode 582. Back then, LeRoy and Lewis was a food truck that began in 2017, a year prior. The brick and mortar LeRoy and Lewis opened in February of 2024. This year, the restaurant won a Michelin star!
