All of us will go through numerous challenges in our lives. For some, challenges may show themselves on a daily basis; for others, less frequently. Facing those challenges can be difficult at times; especially if you don’t have the proper tools! I don’t know how many times I have taken on a home improvement project using the limited tools I own. I am not a contractor and don’t really enjoy doing a great deal of construction and repair work so I don’t own a great deal of tools. When I have to use my limited tools to do a home repair job, I have an intimate experience with frustration as I tend to make the job a bigger deal. Not having the right tools for the job only increases the frustration, adds more time on the job, and has a tendency to create more problems. That is when I reach out to my tool wielding buddies for help. On this episode of the Rhino Mentality Podcast, I describe a very simple mental toughness tool that you can use when facing any challenge. This tool is a vital tool that you MUST have in your tool box if you want to have any success against a challenge. To get this tool you don’t need to spend any money and it only takes 7 minutes of your time to learn about!
