En este episodio hablamos sobre la comparación y cómo ésta puede ser un arma de doble filo. Por un lado, creemos que es positiva cuando la usamos para saber en dónde estamos parados y hacia dónde queremos avanzar, o bien cuando la competencia es sólo con nosotros mismos y no con los demás.
El peligro está en que al compararnos a veces podemos llegar a desvalorizarnos y creer que lo del otro (situación, cosas, éxitos, etc.) es mejor que lo nuestro. Si caemos en este tipo de trampa puede ser muy perjudicial para nuestra autoestima y, sobre todo, para ir en busca de nuestras metas.
Platicamos también un poco sobre cómo las redes sociales se han convertido en un ambiente propicio para la comparación destructiva y cómo nos ha ido en la feria en nuestro intento de no caer demasiado en ella.
