Hace varios años que nosotros nos mostramos curiosos ante el autoconocimiento, al voltear hacia nosotros mismos para observarnos sin juicios y ver todo aquello que está pendiente sanar.
Para nosotros el trabajo interno es poner orden a nuestros pensamientos y sentimientos y hacernos conscientes de los miedos y creencias limitantes que nos impiden crecer. En este episodio te compartimos los recursos que nos han servido para este trabajo personal y hablamos de un poco de la terapia, la metafísica, la meditación, la inteligencia emocional y todo aquello que nos ha servido para avanzar en este rollo.
