En este episodio les platicamos un poco acerca de nuestras rutinas, que curiosamente cambian un poco en temporada de frío y de calor, pero bueno, se mantienen en lo esencial. Creemos que las rutinas matutinas, nocturnas y de nuestro trabajo nos ayudan a “palomear” ciertas cosas que como quiera tienen que hacerse y así nos queda espacio mental para la creatividad. Además, la rutinas son muy importantes para que nuestro cerebro tenga un poco de certidumbre y se prepare para lo que sigue: trabajar, dormir, despertar, etc. Además les compartimos también las aplicaciones que más usamos para nuestro trabajo y nuestra vida diaria. ¡Esperamos que les guste y les aporte valor!
