Te contamos cómo le estamos haciendo nosotros para organizarnos en familia, conservar la rutina lo más posible y mantener la salud física, mental y emocional.
JARABE PARA SISTEMA RESPIRATORIO
1/3 cebolla morada, 3 dientes de ajo, 3 limones enteros, 3 cm de jengibre. Rallar y/o picar todo finamente y dejarlo macerar toda la noche en 1/2 taza de miel de abeja natural (sin azúcar). Colar y tomar una o dos cucharadas al día para apoyar al sistema inmunológico.
SHOT DE JENGIBRE PARA SISTEMA INMUNOLÓGICO
3 cm de jengibre, 2 limones enteros, 2 C de miel de abeja natural (sin azúcar), 1 taza de agua. Licuar todo, colar y tomar.
