Changing things up a bit this week with the Oktoberfest races at the Speedway this weekend.

Normally, we'd have Grant Bilse join us just after 8am on Tuesday…but Doc is in studio this morning to talk about the 'Fest races and give away some free tickets. So Grant will join us tomorrow!

On the show today, we talked about what's on TV & what's new on New Release Tuesday.

We talked about the return of Monopoly at McDonald's & your odds of actually winning something…plus, the return of "Reading Rainbow"!

Checked in our Week 4 Pigskin Picks, and had a new "Karen of the Day"!

Fall officially started about a week ago, and even though it's still in the 80's this week…we ran down a list of safety checks that homeowners should complete with the cooler weather ahead.

In sports, we recapped the Broncos/Bengals game and the Dolphins/Jets game, including the Tyreek Hill injury. Speaking of injuries, Malik Nabers is officially out for the rest of the season.

Elsewhere in sports, the MLB playoffs begin today and a bunch of managers are getting fired. Also…there was ZERO no-hitters in Major League Baseball this season. Interesting stat.

Cool story about a cook at a restaurant in #Florida who saved a regular customer's life when the guy hadn't been in the restaurant for awhile. And the dude from the Blinking Guy meme is an actual person…and he's apparently really cool!

And in today's edition of "Bad News with Happy Music", we had stories about a drug-sniffing police horse, a guy who claims he's got the KFC secret recipe, a guy who OVER-celebrated his unborn child's gender-reveal party, and a shortage of male porn stars!
