Live everyday list its a new day. How do you center yourself? They say you teach what you need to learn -- Acharya Arun Gossai is a living, breathing example of that. Son of Leila Gossai and the late Shri Prakash Gossai, Arun’s own spiritual journey began in 2011 where, after working in finance for a few years, he felt an unyielding wish to study Vedanta -- the science of the higher Self.  He quickly nourished that desire by joining the Chinmaya Mission at the Sandeepany Sadhanalaya Ashram in Powai, Mumbai. He completed rigorous training of various scriptures including the Upanishads, Shrimad Bhagavad Gita, Shrimad Bhagavatam and Ramacharitamanasa and returned to New York in 2013 to foster habits and practices with youth that encourage positive transformation to reach their potential.  Today, Arunji is the Spiritual Leader of Bhuvaneshwar Mandir, where he imparts the knowledge of Vedanta to all ages. He also facilitates seminars on stress and time management, public speaking, and meditation and yoga. He invites all to join these enriching and approachable classes as they not only encourage the beginner, but challenge the most advanced student to utilize their mind as a sacred space. When asked what he attributes his selfless nature to, Arun says, “I teach because it empowers others and myself to be better students of life.” #faith #AbeeChunesRadio #ACR #motivation #inspiration #life
