Iโm finally feeling more like myself after dealing with piriformis syndrome the last few weeks. The heat and humidity were brutal, but Iโm feeling strongโand more importantly, Iโm remembering my why.
Yes, I have big dreams. Yes, Iโve been feeling some doubt and fear (normal runner things). But right now, Iโm focusing on progress over perfection and keeping the process fun. My new mantra? WHY NOT.
