The piriformis issues that scared me and slowed me down are nearly behind me, and I'm rediscovering my speed and confidence. This week proved that patience with injury recovery pays offโand that the comeback is always sweeter than the setback. My mantra remains: WHY NOT. Why not push through the doubt? Why not trust the process? Why not believe I'm capable of more than I think?
