چون لاله‌ها ز تیرِ تگرگی
هرگز کسی به یاد ندارد
زین گونه عاشقانه و شفّاف
مرگی و آه؛
آه
چه مرگی!
در پیش چشم شحنه کسی را
یارای ایستادن و ره نیست
وَز بهرِ احترام به انسان
پروانه و جوازِ نگه نیست
ای خیلِ سیل‌وارِ اجیرانِ جیره‌خوار!
رجّاله‌ها که غیر چریدن ندیده‌ایم
در این چمن بهانه‌‌ی چون و چرایتان
طوفانِ نوحِ دیگر، باید، که این وطن
شسته شود ز لکّه‌‌ی بود و بقایتان!
