Hon bad till Gud att inte bli kär i fel pojke. Fel? Ja, en som inte ville följa med henne till Afrika. För det var dit hon drömde om att åka. Barbro från Norjsö ville bli barnmorska och missionär.
Barbro kom till Afrika. Första månaden såg hon alla de komplikationer hon lärt sig på barnmorskeskolan. Och Barbro hade bara sina händer att hjälpa med.
