It's not enough to tell someone they're going through imposter syndrome. You have to explain why they are not an imposter. You can dispel imposter syndrome in yourself or someone else by giving them examples of past successes and explaining the logic behind the statement, "That's imposter syndrome. You're really good at what you do". Specific examples are the fastest and easiest ways to dispel the imposter myth. Good business leaders understand that struggle is an opportunity to grow, change and adapt to what's needed.

Being successful is a continual management of change, internal and external. You, as the business leader and all the people involved. It's the processes, systems and tools. If you understand that approach, the mindset, and the need to do these things, then there's no possible way you're an imposter. If you or the person you're talking to says "No, I'm not going to do it, I'm shut after that, my way or the highway" they are an imposter. You should call them out on it.
