As for what they're eating, Nelson had pho from Pho Bac Sup Shop, picked up chicharrones upon @insatiablyepicurious's recommendation at La Esperanza MErcado y Carniceria, grabbed pastries from Fuji Bakery, and went out to Georgetown to check out People of the Chubbs inside the Sneaky Tiki Bar.
Meanwhile, Monica checked out Jemil's Big Easy pop-up at Local Tide, had lemon meringue pie at A La Mode PIes, ate at Bumbu Food Truck, and stopped by SUSU Dessert Bar for some caramel hazelnut cake bites.
