This is a continuation of a podcast legacy started about 4? 5? 6? years ago at St. Joseph House of Formation in Wichita, KS. We are just seminarians doing seminarian things. We won't act like we have the answers but we do have our experiences and we can talk about that. If you are here to learn, laugh, cry, vomit, or just listen to HEAVY BREATHING, you are in the right place.
What is your Lenten game plan? Colby and Alex talk about what has worked well in past Lents and also what has not worked so well. Lent can be a big confidence boost or it can be a bust... We wanted to get the conversation going a couple days before Ash Wednesday.
The Sems talk about their experience with spiritual direction in and outside of the seminary.

If you've ever wanted to know about champagne, satanism, the Stonewall Uprising, chaos theory, LSD, El Nino, true crime and Rosa Parks, then look no further. Josh and Chuck have you covered.
Saskia Inwood woke up one morning, knowing her life would never be the same. The night before, she learned the unimaginable – that the husband she knew in the light of day was a different person after dark. This season unpacks Saskia’s discovery of her husband’s secret life and her fight to bring him to justice. Along the way, we expose a crime that is just coming to light. This is also a story about the myth of the “perfect victim:” who gets believed, who gets doubted, and why. We follow Saskia as she works to reclaim her body, her voice, and her life.
