This famous quote from Shakespeare's *As You Like It*, spoken by Jaques in Act II, Scene VII, beautifully captures a message Jan received years ago from the Spirits.

Who are the players in your life and why did they take on the roles that they did? Conceptualizing this concept helps reframe some of our most difficult relationships, making room for healing, celebrations, and awe of the magnificence of the universe and life.
