Asking great questions is an art. In this episode of our SIMPLY FOCUS podcast, we talk about two important aspects to consider to master the art of asking great questions. Find out how your questions determine an answer spectrum in which the answers will most probably be and how the concepts that you introduce in your questions co-construct the conversation as much as the answers you get. Therefore it's important to choose both wisely and observe the answers you get. Practice this with our challenge of the week: Observe the questions you ask and the answers you get. Take a few minutes every day to reflect on that. Check the answer spectrum your questions implied and what concepts you introduced in your questions. Additionaly you can go through the questions in our free giveaway "21 Solution Focused Questions to Enhance Your Daily Life" and explore the concepts and answer spectrums there. Go for it and you will benefit!
