Episode 48 - Muppets-Centric Social Commerce

Look: here's the deal. I'm sleepy. I was terrorised by a swarm of mosquitos last night that didn't let me sleep. It could have everything or nothing to do with the PS2 Ubisoft game "Rayman M". But none of that matters—not anymore. Not when it's 2022 and your favourite Australian Independent Video Game Development Funny Boys are BACK IN TOWN! We catch pace with our heroes progress, now adding the finer, final-er touches to their HIT AND HIP new game, Getaway Grand Prix, but that doesn't stop Kevyn from prying open his old game-tomb, exploring the hallowed archives of the Kirby series to inspire the design of future projects, and he played Inscryption too but mainly just because it's a bit fun. Jace played a veritable grab-bag of glad-wrapped game goulash of the likes of Breakout Recharged, Knight's Try, Lost in Random and other games the cursory player would look down their noses and hock a loogie at. I guess we talked a lot about the Muppets too (You can see them there, in the thumbnail—those are some of the Muppets, in action!). But don't take MY word for it, no: heed them aurally!
