In the heart of Philadelphia, Martin Espinoza's life turns from triathlete triumphs to a perilous game of survival. Once overweight, now a picture of health, he’s got a date tonight with the enigmatic Anjanette. Little does Martin realize she’s only interested in him for his diabetes.
Anjanette is a familiar of the ancient vampire Kalmakoff, who seeks victims with unique medical conditions to satisfy his insatiable thirst for exotic tasting blood. Martin becomes the unwitting centerpiece of this twisted feast as Anjanette manipulates his condition to turn him into a delectable dessert for her master.
Trapped and drugged, Martin is faced with a harrowing dilemma. Will he succumb to his fate as a vampire's delicacy, or will he find the strength to fight for his freedom alongside the other captive souls? As the night unfolds, Martin must summon every ounce of courage and resourcefulness to outwit his captors and defy the sinister forces that threaten to consume him.
