Like Delta waves, Alpha waves are also associated with reduction of stress and anxiety. They differ, however, in that they are a wakeful brainwave. They are tied to mindfulness, neurofeedback, and relaxed wakefulness as well as calm focus.
Some believe that Alpha waves are the bridge between the conscious and subconscious mind. Some use these beats for creativity, euphoria, visualization, or even manifestation.
