  • Segregate the objectives into smaller, easily achievable bits so that they do not seem to cause any pressure on you and also help you to focus. 

  • Consider the key behaviors and habits that will help you to move toward a goal. 

  • Consistency is the key: work out your everyday habits and activities to match your objectives. 

  • Follow the Habit Maker method to not break the chain and to develop habitude systems to keep a solid life. 

  • Progress: it takes time and effort, enjoy the journey, and keep going.
