Our health and wellness touches all areas of our lives, and all areas of our lives touch our health and wellness. This includes our race, religion, size, ability, gender, class and so much more. I'm sharing my experiences of being a biracial woman of color, how that's informed my life and how, especially after this year, it informs my vision of wellness and this podcast moving forward.
