Je suis Bertrand Soulier, podcasteur et solopreneur, et comme toi, je me trouve souvent confronté à cette problématique : comment maintenir mon équilibre et ma productivité au travail lorsque la chaleur devient oppressante.
D'abord, laisse-moi te rappeler que dans notre maison en Auvergne, nous n'avons pas de climatisation. Et aujourd’hui on annonce 32°C. Cela peut sembler un obstacle, mais j'ai appris à m'adapter. J'écoute mon corps et j'adopte un mode de vie qui respecte les saisons.
