Det centrala för Bosse är att se varje människa bakom maskerna. Det gör han genom att undersöka vad som är grundproblemet och att se helheten. Men det är inte Bosse som gör jobbet, han fungerar i bästa fall som en katalysator för de människor han möter.
Bosse tror inte alls på att ensam är stark, snarare att vi behöver vara en del av en gemenskap för att känna oss meningsfulla i ett sammanhang större än den enskilda individen. Det finner han särskilt viktigt i den stundande juletiden och särskilt angeläget för unga människor då många av dem är både ensamma och utsatta.
