Bringing the sensuality & sexuality that lead to conception back into the birthing of our babies: An interview with Karlyn Boyter

Join us for this expansive exploration in to conscious birth with Karlyn Boyter, a breath worker, sacred sexuality facilitator, & trained in holistic& sacred birthing.

Over one hour, we explore the power of connecting with our intimacy and sexuality to assist in the birthing mother's body to open & surrender to the rhythms & surges a birth brings.  We also explore:

• How the partner can best support the birthing mother both practically & emotionally;
• How breath-work throughout the pregnancy supports the riding of waves (contractions), & facilitate a smoother & deeply connected birth for mother, partner & baby;
• The importance of allowing the placenta chord to stay attached to the baby (i.e. lotus birth) for as long as feasible/practical; 
• The influence of our own birth 'story'(for both men & women) affects our feelings, fears & expectations in the lead up to, & through the birth, & the power of rebirthing work prior to the birth-day of our children.
