We are here today with a market update for New Hampshire as we head into the 4th quarter of 2015. The third quarter was great for our market. Transactions were up 22%, median sale prices were up 6.3%. That’s great news for the 6,700 sellers that sold their home in the 3rd quarter this year.
For the general market, the average days on market has dropped from 96 to 74 days. This is a great sign for home sellers.
