That self-challenge turned into Happy Healthy Caregiver, a multi-media lifestyle site that focuses on caregivers.
Through her podcast, certified coaching, public speaking and partners, Elizabeth offers strategies, practical tools and ideas for practicing self-care, developing healthy habits and practices and sourcing outside help.
Elizabeth's business model has evolved and she has positioned herself to use the skills and connections she has developed for future projects to support caregivers through technology.
