"Mir ging es damals nicht um das Geld". Als Jasmina Čović vor zehn Jahren ins männerdominierte Business der Spielerberatung einstieg, fühlte sie sich nicht ernst genommen. Ihr Antrieb, Fußballerinnen bestmöglich (und vor allem persönlich) zu unterstützen, zahlte sich dennoch aus. Heute gehört ihre Women's Football Agency zu den weltweit führenden Beratungsagenturen im Frauenfußball. Erfolgreich berät sie u.a. Laura Freigang bei lukrativen Kooperationen (die mehr einbringen als das "normale" Vereinsgehalt) und baut nebenbei die globale Plattform "The Rise of Women's Football" auf.
