John further discuss’ his thoughts on “the power of the mind”, from understanding visualizations, persistence, and having crystal clear clarity of your intentions John explains how these principles helped him achieve success in sports as well as now as a Chiropractor and an entrepreneur. John not only talks about the mindset part of sports but also how important nutrition is.
