The Author, Theresa Jeanette Scott, candidly discusses how her attitude towards her husband made for a bad marriage. Yes, Theresa got married to Rev. Gerald Scott 16 years ago, however, she had no idea how to love him. Her view on love was flawed and she only gave out what she perceived to be love. As a child, Theresa was raised in a variety of foster homes where she suffered physical, psychological and emotional abuse, even molestation and being raped by a female resident of one of the homes. During Theresa's stay in foster care, she witnessed her foster parents abuse their spouse/significant other. She learned how to be verbally and physically abusive and for many years, her current marriage suffered. AN ATTITUDE OF LOVE: THE WAYS OF A GODLY WIFE will be instrumental in helping other women/wives to become the wives God intended them to be.
