Ålderdomens framtid kommer att vara urban. städerna blir äldre, men det betyder inte att de lockar till sig äldre människor, utan snarare att folk blir kvar när de blir gamla.
Det finns allt färre byar och landsbygder att återvända till. Dessa har de flesta redan lämnat.
Gamla kommer ta över våra samhällen, om de inte redan har gjort det!
Och en försvarlig del av dessa nyblivna åldringar kommer inte som tidigare i historien att vara fattiga, tacksamma, tysta och ta vad som faller från bordet
Det är aktie- och bostadsrättsgenerationerna som nu träder in i livets november.
En spaning är att vi snart inte kommer att tala om gentrifiering – utan om ”benskörhetifiering” av attraktiva stadsdelarna.
