and then written below a violent crime, sexual misconduct on

These, the administration says, are all individuals who are unauthorized
migrants who've been arrested in the first one hundred days
of the Trump presidency. It's meant to send a signal
that Trump is making the streets safer with his crackdown
on immigration. And the signs were placed here because follow

Safe outside of Wisconsin courthouse tonight a dramatic escalation in
the fight between the Trump administration and the courts over deportations.

It is clear that FBI is politicizing this situation to
make an example of her and others across the country
who opposed these attacks on the judicial system.

Milwaukee County Circuit Court Judge Hannah Dugan now out on
bail after being arrested this morning in the parking lot
of her own courthouse, accused of obstructing the arrest of
an undocked, demitted immigrant. According to court documents, that immigrant
is thirty one year old Eduardo Flores Ruiz, who had
a deportation order against him. The FBI says federal agents
showed up with that warrant that Judge Dugan's courthouse last

week and planned to arrest Ruiz in a public hallway
outside Dugan's courtroom, where Ruiz was facing charges of domestic abuse,
according to a criminal complaint, When Judge Dugan heard about
the planned arrest, she became visibly angry and commented that
the situation was absurd. Then, the FBI says, the judge
instructed Ruiz to leave through a back door of the courtroom,

then escorted Ruiz and his attorney to another non public door.
According to the documents, Ruiz made it outside and sprinted
down the street before he was arrested after a footchase.

I think some of these judges think they are beyond
and above the law, and they are not.

That message comes as a former New Mexico judge and
his wife were also arrested this week for allegedly harboring
a member of the Violent Gang their home, which he denied.

that's not what the Supreme Court said. They just said

they simply said, we can't compel the president to do that. However,

if he wants to enter in a negotiation or if L.
Salvador wants to send him back, we would have to
facilitate the return.

seen from the FDA and also from activity in Congress
that some of these rulings there. I think we've been
preparing and anticipating for there being these egregious overreaches by
members of the judiciary appointed by a right wing Republican

party whose goal for a very long time was to
just pack these courts with partisan judges, often often underqualified
or completely unqualified for their role. And so there has
been thought, I believe given to this. Senator Ron Wyden
has already issued statements, for example, advising what we should
do in a situation like this, which I concur which

is that I believe that the Biden administration should ignore
this ruling. I think that we you know, the courts
have the legitimacy, and they rely on the legitimacy of
their rulings, and what they are currently doing is engaged
in an unprecedented and dramatic erosion of the legitimacy of

the courts. It is the justices themselves, through the deeply
partisan and unfounded nature of these rulings, that are undermining
their own enforcements.

So what you're saying the Biden administration should ignore this
court But what does that look like? What does that
actually mean?

I think the interesting thing when it comes to a
ruling is that it relies on enforcement, and it is
up to the Biden administration to enforce, to choose whether
or not to enforce such a ruling.

Sometimes or many times, it is better to remain silent
and be thought of as being a fool, other than
to speak up and remove all doubt. The president of
the United States, their job is to enforce the law,

what they don't want to enforce. I mean, she's a
United States congresswoman and She's saying that it's really at
the president's discretion to decide whether or not to follow
in order from an Article three court from a federal court. Now,

the president is the chief law enforcement officer in the country,
and whether he likes the law or not is irrelevant.
It's the law now along these lines. But allow me
to partially digress or go to a sidebar for a
moment before I continue. I've got some great audio today.

that was on one of the Sunday morning talk shows
about the deportation process and whatever. Well, anyway, as you
know or maybe you don't, that Barack Obama had close
to well over two million individuals who he.

But the question I have is, out of all the
millions he deported, do you think there is at least
one that did not get what.

And I'd like to know what would happen if you
sent a list of all those individuals that were deported
by Barack Obama's administration, by Barack Obama, where their paperwork
like this guy.

Do you want to think you sent that list over
to CNN or MSNBC they would jump on it. And
do you think you'd see Senator of Vonon Holland is
that his name from Maryland go down and try to
get them to come back so they can have their
due process rights.

Now along those lines, there was a story that ran
saying children have been taken from their parents and deported
and no, no, no, that's not true.

Have a listen to this on the headline. That's a
misleading headline.

Okay, three US citizens ages four, seven and two were
not deported. Their mothers, who are legally in this country
were deported. The children went with their mothers. If those
children are US citizens, they can come back into the
United States and there's their father or someone here who
wants to assume them. But ultimately who was deported was
their mother. Who's their mothers who were here illegally. The
children just went with their mothers. But they wasn't like

you guys make it sound like ice agents kick down
the door and grabbed the two year old and threw
them on an airplane.

That's misleading. Yeah, that's just not true.

Just to be clear, because I do want to get
to the overhaul at the State Department. Is it the
US policy to deport children, even US citizens with their families,
and I hear what you're saying without due process?

If someone's in this country unlawfully, illegally, that person gets deported.

If that person is with a two.

and says I want to take my child with you
with me, well, then what you have two choices. You
can say yes, of course, you can take your child,
whether they're a citizen or not, because it's your child.
Or you can say yes, you can go, but your
child must stay behind. And then your headlines would read
US holding hostage two year old, four year old, seven
year old while mother deported.

I imagine those three US citizen children have fathers here

At least the administration is reportedly inquiring about his return.
Is that to check a box for compliance or does
President Trump want him back on US soil for both?

So, as Secretary Rubio said yesterday in the cabin the meeting,
this administration is not going to publicly discuss the inside
details of our foreign policy and negotiations with a foreign country.
And in particular, we are not going to allow a
district court judge to try to become the Secretary of State.
Secretary of Rubio is the one who, under his leadership

and direction at the State Department, is managing the day
to day relationship.

Let's just take a moment, number one to express our
gratitude to El Salvador for agreeing to take some of
the most dangerous terrorists off of America's streets and to
put them into a safe environment where they cannot continue
to engage in acts of terrorism or coordination with the
Maduro regime. You may have seen recently an FBI assessment

that was unclassified that said that the Maduro regime is
using and planning to use trained De Aragua terrorists to
carry out assassination plus on American soil.

decision to give extensive due process to two trained de

That is what the body of the administration's policy was.
Most of your papers never covered her story when it happened.
To the extent that you covered it at all, it
was because President Trump forced you to cover it by
highlighting it repeatedly, over and over again.

Waukee County Circuit Court Judge Hannah Dugan now out on
bail after being arrested this morning in the parking lot
of her own courthouse, accused of obstructing the arrest of
an undocumented immigrant. According to court documents, that immigrant is
thirty one year old Eduardo Flores Ruiz, who had a
deportation order against him. The FBI says federal agents showed
up with that warrant that Judge Dugan's courthouse last week

and planned to arrest Ruiz in a public hallway outside
Dugan's courtroom, where Ruiz was facing charges of domestic abuse.
According to a criminal complaint, when Judge Dugan heard about
the planned arrest, she became visibly angry and commented that
the situation was absurd. Then, the FBI says, the judge
instructed Ruiz to leave through a back door of the courtroom,

then escorted Ruiz and his attorney to another non public door.
According to the documents, Ruiz made it outside and sprinted
down the street before he was arrested after a foot chase.

over the top and been criticized for it. But this

other about the future of the legacy quote legacy media
and the press. Well, there was a reporter from Axios
by the name of Alex Thompson who had received an award.
I mean, I don't know what they he got some

up in an all credit to him, he addressed the
issue of Biden's mental decline, and well, he looked, he
looked at his colleagues, but he also looked in the
mirror and said.

cleared that they did not want the American people to
