His own career has been a creative journey in itself, from GE and eBay, to founding and eventually selling Craftsy, to continuing on as CEO of its current iteration, Bluprint. He shares about the flourishing startup scene in Denver, describes going through an acquisition, and tells us how to create a culture of creativity and safety that brings out the brightest ideas from your team.
