Happy Labor Day, Thieves! Week four in St. Pete/Clearwater, Florida and we've settled into the swanky lobby bar of the Hotel Karol. We're joined by Zac Collins and Eric Trinosky of Grand Central Brewhouse. Collins is the head brewer and Trinosky is the brewer and they walk Augie and John through brewing in St. Pete, the aesthetics of the brewhouse, and the kind of beers that get tourists and locals alike walking through the door. Thanks to Visit St. Pete-Clearwater for hosting us in the area and the Hotel Karol for lodging and excellent breakfast potatoes.
