that we did in the Quarantine.So that's pretty crazy that it's already been

But there are things happening as wemove into the summer. We are
in the final weeks and final partsof May, going into June. Like

just been rain, rain, rain, But that's okay because eventually it's going

to be sunshine again. At leastit's warmer. The snow's gone for us
here in northeast Ohio. That's nice. I saw that Marty was outside yesterday.
That doesn't that doesn't happen very often. He's playing Uno apparently. I'll
let him talk about that here injust a minute, but I'm glad that
he was outside enjoying the fresh air. I was helping do some yard work

happening there. So we had Eo, Sharai and Ria Ripley going one on
one, which was considered to befor the number one contender ship. It

figure out who would be Charlotte's nextcompetitor. And it was a really good
match. By the way. Itwas good to see Rio back in action.
That was our first match since WrestleMania. Dude, Like, that's crazy,
was it? Really? Yeah?M she hadn't been on she hadn't

been on TV. Remember she wasgone and everyone thought that she had the
travel band, but then we figuredout that wasn't true. And then we
just hadn't seen her on TV becauseEO had won the ladder match and she
was the you know, focus ofattention. But that's wild. Um.
It was a really good, goodstuff though, you know, good seer
back in action. EO. Icould watch just for days. She's just

so good. Um, her herlike move set. It's it's kind of
funny that her idol is ray Masteriobecause like you see a lot of ray
in her her arsenal and it's justlike not even just like the six one
nine stuff, but like the springboardaction and stuff like that. Again,

competitor in the ring in n XTperiod, dude or chick you know.
Um, But this one ended upgetting ended early because Riah Ripley ended up
throwing Eo Sharai into Charlotte on theoutside when Charlotte quote unquote interrupted, She

didn't really interrupt, She came outto see what was going on, and
then they ended up kind of gettinginto it there. She came into the
ring, Charlotte that being, andthen ended up booting both of them.
So, as I predicted last week, not like it wasn't a hard prediction,

hard prediction or anything like that,but it looks like we're gonna get
a triple threat for the NXT Women'sChampionship. They confirmed it. They did.
Yeah, awesome, cool guessing it'sinto your house? Yeah, all
right, cool, that's gonna that'sgonna tear it up. Dude, that's
gonna be a hell of a freakingmatch. That is gonna be a really
good match. And I know Martyhates it, and I'm gonna can you

continue to say it because again thisis partly my podcast. I love Charlotte
Flair. She is the only personand the only wrestler I know to be
able to dominate three shows. Ilove it. And when she's killed every
dominate three shows, it helps thatway. That's true. But she went

sucks for Ruby, but that's anotherthat's beside point. Charlotte kind of starts
this little thing between Bailey and Sashaand you know, like inserts herself in

It's not like she's squashing everyone.Like these these girls are getting really
good TV time. Most of thesematches are not just Charlotte wins in two
minutes. Like I think that that'sreally really good on their part to do

that if you are that good andif you just like are superior in the
ring to most of them, thenyou should win. And that's my weekly

feel like the Charlotte thing might bean experiment for an XT to get some
eyes there, or they could justcontinue to have it happen, you know,
because in this case of the triplethreat, you can have Charlotte louse,
she doesn't have to get pinned,and the NXT championship can go to
either EO or Rhea. So Ithink that'd be the logical way to do

If I had to, it's gonnabe Tamasso Champa versus carrying a cross
and in your house. Didn't hesay when he's called him out that I
was gonna be the main event?He said, welcome to the main event.
That doesn't necessarily mean the main event. It could be. I mean,
if it is the main event,then you know they're hella high on
freaking carrying cross to main event yourfirst takeover like that. Who else has

night. Um to Zawah, Ifeel like it's such a he's a he's
a workhorse, and it sucks thathe jobs on the main roster because you

a little bit to see. Uhyou know what else that he brings to
the table. I do love hisfinisher, the like death valley driver looking

the storyline with Phantasmo and Marty.I'm telling you from from from day one.

have to compare them at this point, and if he's not in charge,
like, if he's not the personthat's behind all of it, it has
to be a debuting superstar that's behindit, right, There's only one of

this was his storyline. This isthe way that they're introducing him.

logic. I mean, I understandthe head to head logic of Phantasma being

And if they're gonna do a threeway thing here with Maverick, Atlas

Phantasma. That then I don't understandwhy to Zawa would get the short end
of the stick. You know,you get where I'm coming from. Wait,
to Zawa is not moving forward eliminated. He's eliminated because he lost to

against Phantasma, and Atlas costs Maverick. Atlas costs Maverick match, Yeah,
because there's just nowhere to go withhis character, with his like super baby

face character. So you think thatthey're doing some type of like Rocky My
Via shit and kind of pull aswerve on us here. Maybe I think
that they're going to do something towhere like Atlas costs Maverick the tournament,
even if it's not Maverick winning nextweek, like if it's Atlas that like,
let's say Drake next week hits hisfinish on Kushita and then Atlas throws

him out of the ring and takesthe pen. Something like that will happen
where it's like Atlas cost him thetournament. And I'm hesitant to say it'll
happen in the finals because I thinkthe finals is where we're going to get
that payoff from Phantasmas thing. Okay, the masked guys that are in the

cars, the masked guys, butyeah, like that's I think that that's
the payoff for that as the finals. And I think it would be too
convoluted to have two different storyline startin one match. Yeah, yeah,
that would be a lot going onit at one time. I do think
that there is something that happens withAtlas and Maverick either next week or in

the finals, and that that maskedgroup with Phantasma has some sort of payoff
in the finals as well. Okay, They've done a good job at keeping
my attention though, and I thinkthere've been some really quality matches during the
entire the entire tournament, so I'minterested to see how it, uh you
know, comes together. And allright, uh let's talk about so.

So Mia m had a match againstSantana Garrett Mia one. By the way,
I will give Mia this, uhthe new version of protect your neck.
I'm into that more than the edefeat, the twist and the knee
into under the jaw that was good. U. Thing that happened here though,
is what Marty had anticipated. Lastweek is Mia ended up getting u

you know, a tongue lashing basicallyfrom Candice coming down the ramp. By
the way, Johnny being super annoyingand supportive of Candice honestly makes me laugh.

to me. But anyways, soCandice goes in and tries to ambush Mia
after the fact about getting opportunity afteropportunity, and then Johnny tries to get

challenging Johnny. And I'm assuming thatmeans that Candice is gonna challenge Mia or
Mia is gonna challenge Candice, andmaybe we do get that mixed tag.
It's either that or we're getting bothof them. So I don't I don't
know which way they're going here,but it certainly seems like mixed tag makes
sense, But it also could beKeith and Johnny for the North American Championship

right away. I don't know yet, but it seems to be trending that
direction. Yeah, I definitely thinkthat it's gonna be. Yeah. I
think we'll get singles matches and thenit eventually will be a mixed match,
okay, but that they're going tobe intertwined for a little bit. I

think it'll be an easy way tokeep them all occupied while everything's going on.

happened. Uh, let's talk aboutRoddy versus Loomis. So before we even
you know, start the match orwhatever, the decision to have Roddy go

over on Loomis and when clean,I thought was very smart, uh to
extend things, if you know whatI mean. Uh, we know how
dangerous Loomis is, how he's beenstalking everybody. But I love that they
didn't make Roddy look like some punk. That's what I thought was gonna happen,
because he's clearly the I don't wantto say is the weak link,

because there is no weak link ofundisputed Era. But he's the lowest on
the food chain there. Um soto see Roddy get a win over a
superstar that they're building up like that, I thought was very refreshing and a
good booking decision. They didn't makeRoddy look like a punk. Um.

because after he won, Loomis wentafter him. Yes, you're right.
I'm so glad that I was onthe Loomas bandwagon from the moment that he

Um. And that also kind ofgoes back to Cameron Grimes as well,
cutting one of the I thought thiswas one of the better segments of

he beat Finn balor some one heused to look up to and stuff like
that. And just cutting this countryass freaking promo uh with the freaking you

just hadn't seen her on TV becauseEO had won the ladder match and she

back in action. EO. Icould watch just for days. She's just

funny that her idol is ray Masteriobecause like you see a lot of ray

a triple threat for the NXT Women'sChampionship. They confirmed it. They did.

the payoff for that as the finals. And I think it would be too

in the finals as well. Okay, They've done a good job at keeping

to have them in the tag teammean event, that's good because they've been
