StoryADay update for dayseven of the challenge.

I felt bad today, like physically bad.
And the time that I had allotted forwriting earlier, eh, wasn't happening.
My brain was just going, Nope.
So I didn't write earlier
and I just sat through it andI'm starting to feel a bit better
now and I'm going to write later.

And that's my update for today.
Sometimes, your plans don't pan outand you have to be a little flexible.
But one of the things that really helpedme, and the reason I'm making this
update in case it helps you as well,is that what I did, instead of forcing
myself to write something, when I wasfeeling bad and low energy earlier, I
watched the Steve Martin documentary andwatching a documentary about somebody

doing something at the top of their game.
It's pretty inspiring.
There's always a lot of,
there's always a lot of strivingand ambition and pushing through
things when it gets hard.
And there's usually a point where theysay, yeah, I was really down that day

and things weren't really working out.
and, then I got through itby, keeping going or whatever
it is that they discover.
So if you can watch a documentary ora show, or read a book about somebody
doing extraordinary things, it willpotentially lift you up a little bit and

say, yeah, not every day is going to begreat, and I'm going to keep going anyway.
So that's where I am.
I'm going to keep going anyway,
but first dinner.
