1 month into the new year... now what?!
New Years resolution episodes are a plenty on podcasts everywhere in January... in fact we have made them before ourselves.
So how about an episode dedicated to people already giving up and throwing in the towel on their 2025 goals and dreams after 30 days. The statistics are not optimistic.
Maybe we need to change the language from resolution to commitment to get the results we are after?
Creating lofty goals and dreaming big isn’t necessarily a bad thing. The trouble is that to make those goals and dreams a reality we need specific steps to get there.
And acting without those tactical action steps in place leads nowhere fast!
