Richard Miller is a professor in the English Department at Rutgers University. He regularly teaches a course on Apocalyptic Literature and writing seminars that practice reading in slow motion. He has delivered over 100 invited lectures at high schools, colleges, and universities across the country and around the world on the ways that digital technology is transforming the nature of literacy. After a seven-year hiatus spent learning how to write online, Miller has returned to the printed page with the publication of On the End of Privacy.

In this episode, we explore the themes in the book surrounding digital technology and how it has affected privacy and the lives of students.
