Michael Symon is an award winning chef,a creative restaurateur, Emmy Award winning tv host, author and one of those responsible for Cleveland Ohios excellent culinary reputation. He was
the 2007 winner of Iron Chef, which helped
springboard him to fame. He could have executed that leap
himself having been a high school wrestler at renowned St. Edward high school. Symon has written several books, the most recent called Cooking Out. He’s of Greek, Sicilian and Eastern European ancestry and is married to the former Liz Shanahan who is a huge driving force behind the success of many restaurants and endeavors.
