(00:00):
I'm so excited to be recordingthis right now because I have
been working behind the sceneson a rebrand, and today's
finally the day where this goespublic.
So by rebranding, yes, visuals, aesthetics, fonts, logos, all
that fun stuff.
But I think the deeper meaningin what I really wanna focus on
here is the rebranding that'shappening in my programs,

(00:20):
because the iconic Mastermind.
Evolving.
The legendary Mastermind isevolving and the direction I'm
taking this business has alsoevolved, and in many ways this
feels like a homecoming, a fullcircle moment.
If you've been in my world foryears, since you know, 2019,

(00:40):
then this rebrand and this newdirection is actually going to
feel familiar because.
The, the new name, I'm like, howdo I reveal this?
It's like I'm making it such abig deal, and I think it feels
like a big deal to bring itpublic, but it also feels like
about damn time.
So the new name of the IconicMastermind and the Legendary
Mastermind is the Intuitiveexecution that is going to be

(01:04):
the bigger umbrella name of myprograms.
So the Legendary Mastermind isbecoming the intuitive execution
mastermind.
And the iconic Mastermind isbecoming the intuitive execution
experience, and I have someother fun things planned and in
the works for the coming monthsas well to kind of continue to
grow under this brand ofintuitive execution.

(01:26):
The primary business is still myname, Meghan Mins King.
Still doing that, but um, I'm soexcited to be bringing intuitive
execution back to the forefront.
If you're listening to this onthe podcast, you're already
seeing the new podcast, artpodcast name.
You may have been like.
What the hell is this popping upon my podcast feed?
But let me tell you about it.

(01:46):
So, as I mentioned, um, actuallybefore I dig in, I do our, we
don't have our nanny here rightnow, so my baby is playing over
here.
So you may hear baby noises andmusical toys and I may have to
pick him up and hold him at somepoint,'cause I wanna get through
this today and reveal this andpublish this today if I can.
And so we're doing what we gottado.
But I have been in business for11 years and around the 2019

(02:08):
era, um, is when everythingchanged for me personally.
At the very beginning of 2019, Iexperienced my first
miscarriage.
I would end up having, I havethree kids now, had six
miscarriages along the way, soit's been a journey.
But I had the very firstmiscarriage in January of 2019.
And it, um, without getting intoit, I have other podcast

(02:30):
episodes where I've shared moreabout it.
Um, but I, it like rocked me tomy core, changed who I am,
changed everything andultimately began a bit of a
mindset, spiritual journey forme.
It is when I first startedplaying around in, it led to me
playing around with tarot cardsand crystals and spirituality
and manifesting and mindset workand journaling and all this
stuff, um, that I still use and.

(02:53):
Love doing today.
And I feel like it's importantto start there because, because
that happened and because of thebeginning of 2019, I began
essentially a spiritual journey.
You know, I never thought I waswoo woo or into mindset work
before then.
Um, that journey began, and thenby summer of 2019, if I recall,
I launched a program calledIntuitive Execution because I

(03:16):
had realized over the first halfof 2019.
That I had been so focused inbusiness on strategy and
planning and systems andorganization, um, and hustling
and pushing that I had notincorporated any of the more,
you know, spiritual mindset, confidence, self-trust elements

(03:37):
that had such a profound impacton me in the first six months of
2019.
I learned so much more aboutmyself and how to trust myself,
how to make decisions from aplace of, um.
My intuition and my ownconfidence, even if they didn't
make sense, I no longer feltlike I had to find someone
else's blueprint to do business.
I learned how to do business myown way.
I began to really connect withwho I am at a like, sorry, as an

(04:02):
individual.
And it was an incrediblypowerful experience.
And so in summer of 2019, I dida pilot session of the intuitive
execution.
It was a four week live programwhere I taught how to
intuitively execute, how to takethe power of.
Good strategy, dude, I'm gonnahave to hold you, aren't I?
How do you take the power ofgood strategy with the power of

(04:24):
your own intuition and yourmindset work and blending the
two?
Um, and it was such anincredible program.
We talked about everything fromliterally like systems and goal
setting and planning to alsomindset work and tapping and
journaling and how to connectwith your intuition.
And I realized in that.
Time of my business in that timeof my life that I'm, well, I'm

(04:48):
gonna have to pick them up.
That in that time of life Ireally wanted to be a bridge of
sorts.
For mindset work, for people whomaybe didn't think they were
ever into that or didn't everunderstand mindset work, because
that had been my journey aswell, and I really loved leaning
into the duality of both mindsetwork and strategy and how
powerful they are together andhow important they are.

(05:08):
You need both if you can have areally good strategy, but if you
are got a really, you know, badmindset, you're an insecure,
you're unsure of yourself, you're wavering, you don't trust
yourself.
Like, it's going to be hard tohave that strategy, see its full
potential.
On the flip side, you can be anincredible manifester and have
all of the good vibes, highvibes, um, but if you don't have

(05:29):
a strategy, you are probably notmaking as much money as you
could be and you're probablybouncing all around and
potentially burning out.
Right.
Um.
Hold on.
Let me go pick'em up.
Okay.
So in summer 2019 is when Ifirst had a program called
Intuitive Execution, and I lovedit.
It did turn into a course.
So after I ran it live, I turnedit into a course that I ran.

(05:52):
I don't remember how long I ranit.
I should have looked that upbefore I started recording this.
But, um.
It was a staple of my businessfor a very long time.
When I went on sabbatical, Istopped selling it.
So, and that would've been in2021.
Um, and then of course had my,what ended up being a two year
business sabbatical.
And when I came back from thesabbatical, I did not, you know,

(06:13):
bring back all of my oldprograms.
They're in the archives.
Um, and this idea and thephilosophy of intuitive
execution.
Has just continued to like be onthe forefront of my mind.
I have so many business bestiesthat I talk to all the time who
are like, when do we bring inintuitive execution back?
When can we bring that back intothe fold?
I missed that era.
Um, and I always knew it wouldhappen one day and it just

(06:36):
didn't quite feel like that daywas here until recently.
Um, because what I realized isthat I have.
Never left that way of doingthings.
When I get feedback from clientswho are renewing or coming back
to me time and time again, I'mhearing from from my people that
the reason they're working withme is because they know they

(06:57):
need the mindset push too.
Right?
They know they want somestrategic support, they know
they value that, but they also.
Want love shove.
They want someone who can readbetween the lines.
They want someone who can helpthem overcome their own limiting
beliefs so that they can learnto trust themselves and show up
with a whole new level ofconfidence and activation than
ever before.
And I really think that is mymain purpose here, is helping

(07:19):
you take action and.
You can be successful with anystrategy.
Ultimately, it's just pickingthe one that's gonna make the
most sense for where you're atright now, what your goals are,
but then also partnering thatwith your intuition and learning
to trust yourself and reallyleaning into your gifts and your
strengths as opposed to tryingto mimic what someone else is
doing.
And so, as I've shared on arecent podcast episode, how I

(07:43):
was feeling stuck the pastcouple months, part of this
evolution, I knew there was.
I knew a rebrand would happen.
I knew the name Iconic, which Inever thought I would outgrow.
I remember thinking that I've,I've evolved past that and that
it didn't quite reflect theentire thing, and in many ways,
intuitive execution is just a.

(08:05):
Bigger articulation of what itmeant to be iconic because what
it meant to be iconic, what itmeans to be iconic when you work
with me is it's about trustingyourself and allowing evolution
in eras.
You know, we think of thebiggest icons of pop culture
right now, and they evolve.
You know, Taylor Swift hasliteral eras that she can
reflect on, and you allowyourself to evolve, and that's

(08:27):
part of what makes you iconic,is you go first and you do it
your way.
And that is what intuitivelyexecuting is we're just bringing
into the fold a little bit moreof the holistic business
strategy plus intuition andmindset into articulation, not
just the like identity piece.
And so in many ways, intuitivelyexecuting is, is just a, not

(08:48):
better, but a, a bigger, moreexpanded articulation of what I
was talking about in my iconicprograms and in this movement
I've been building.
Um.
And so, so that's why I'mchanging the program names
because I could just tell thatthere was a better, I hate that
I'm saying the word better'causeit's not really the right, right

(09:08):
phrase for what I'm thinking andfeeling, but I knew that there
was a different articulation forthe work I was doing that would
be more powerful for me.
That would be easier to messageand differentiate.
And truly reflect what makes medifferent and what you can
expect from working with me.
And it really is thatcombination of strategy and

(09:33):
mindset and intuition.
And I'm so excited.
So Intuitive Execution is nowthe name of the My Main
programs.
The podcast is called IntuitiveExecution.
Um, one day there's probablygonna be a book.
Called intuitive execution.
Just gonna go ahead and throwthat out there.
If anyone wants to hit me up onthat, lemme know.
But, um, I really think it'sjust my entire way of doing
things is that it's both.

(09:55):
If you've ever been on acoaching call, you know, I'm
gonna come in with the strategy.
We're gonna make a strategicplan, we're gonna have that
conversation, but we're notgonna have that conversation
without also checking in withwhat does your gut tell you?
What do you just, what do youjust wanna do?
If it could be easy, what wouldit look like?
If you knew it would work, whatwould it look like?
How do you like to show up?
What feels easy for you?
And that doesn't mean we only dothings that are easy, but I

(10:16):
think we all understandourselves and have enough
self-awareness to know thatthere are times where you just
have things that you're betterat naturally.
That if we lean into, it's wayeasier instead of trying to
force yourself to get better atsomething that you're not
naturally.
Good at, for me, that's, um, thedifference between writing and,
you know, verbal communication.

(10:37):
Can I be a really good writer?
Yeah.
Have I written stuff that'simpacted people?
Absolutely.
Do I still do writing?
Yeah.
Like you can't get around it.
I'm still gonna write somestuff, but I.
My main strategy is going tolean into the fact that verbal
articulation is my strong suit.
And that doesn't mean I don'tsay, um, or like, but in terms
of getting into a, a flow statewhere I'm just saying what I

(11:02):
need to say.
That's easier for me to doverbally.
So that means I'm gonna havepodcasts or video be a big part
of my strategy more so thantrying to have some like heavily
written, you know, Substacknewsletter or like long written
Instagram captions.
Like that's never gonna be themain thing for me at, at least
right now.
Um, whereas some of my clients,it's the opposite.

(11:26):
And so that's part of what makesme unique as a coach and what
makes my programs and mycoaching unique, is that I'm not
forcing you into a box justbecause that box can work, it
can all work.
You can build a very successfulbusiness a hundred different
ways.
So in many ways, it's justpicking the one that's gonna
make the most sense with yourstrengths and the season you're

(11:48):
in, and then where there's themost fun and momentum, and then
learning how to trust yourselfas you execute.
So is that right?
So I'm so excited to be bringingthis back to the forefront.
I'm excited to be bringingintuitive execution and that
language and that articulationback into the fold because it's
always been there.

(12:09):
It's always been happening, but,but I.
I took it outta the spotlight.
Now we're coming back.
So welcome to the IntuitiveExecution Podcast.
If you're listening to this onthe podcast, if you're watching
this on YouTube, of course, youknow, it's still my same YouTube
channel, but, um, you are goingto absolutely be hearing more
about intuitively executing, andthat's gonna be language you
hear more often.
And if you are one of my clientsor want to become a client.

(12:33):
I would love to have you insideof the intuitive execution
community that we have now movedto in circle, which is exciting.
So lots of big changes happeningbehind the scenes in terms of
the rebrand beyond the name andlike why I'm doing that and what
it means to intuitively execute.
Um.
I also wanna, I think it's justfun.

(12:54):
Oh, bless you.
Whoops.
I think this is just a funlittle tidbit.
Um, for those of you who areinterested, I worked with one of
my friends and clients, um, Lexifrom Dynamo Ultima to do this
rebrand.
And I'll put a link whereveryou're watching or listening to
this, to them.
'cause they're amazing and they, they do like VIP days and
intensives and so we got to worktogether.
And I told her that I reallywanted this brand to reflect the

(13:18):
duality of intuitivelyexecuting, which is, you know,
this like mindset and this likestructure and systems as well as
my own duality.
Um, and you know, I'm kind ofan, I'm into astrology.
I'm not an expert, but I'm aPisces Sun Virgo Rising, and
those are literal opposites.
So it's funny that intuitiveexecution is my main thing.

(13:40):
When it perfectly mimics andreflects and embodies my nature
and the duality of my nature.
As a Pisces Sun, Virgo Rising, because the Pisces side of me is
very like, trust yourself and gowith the flow and mindset and
spiritual and woo woo, and wedon't need a plan.

(14:01):
Let's just do, and the, and veryemotional, and the Virgo side of
me is very like, we do need aplan.
Let's have a system.
Let's have some structure.
Let's get organized.
Let's have the best strategy.
And so a, a lot of times there'stension between these two sides
of me and.
What has been most successfulfor me is to find harmony within

(14:21):
them, and not even true balance, but learning how to leverage the
power of both and integrate themand knowing when to tap into
which side, and it's exactlywhat intuitive execution is.
And so it's been so powerful inthat exercise to.
Really own that about myself tosee that come through.
And of course the name of theprograms.
But even in our visuals, likethe visuals of my rebrand really

(14:45):
reflect this duality.
You're gonna see like minimal, simple, classic, timeless
elements mixed, which is likethe Virgo side to me, mixed
with, and you're gonna seeearthy tones, which is Virgo,
mixed with like really whimsicalillustrations with um.
Imagery that's kind of moreflowy, and it's just this

(15:06):
beautiful mix and I'm just soexcited.
And thanks for being here.
You know, evolution is part ofthe magic, and if you are into
this whole idea of building areally successful business that
makes you great money, that'sfun and fulfilling and
rewarding.
And hits your unique strengthsthat's done your way based on

(15:29):
your season of life and freeingyourself from feeling like
there's one right way and onewrong way, and freeing yourself
from perfectionism andoverthinking and overanalyzing
and comparing yourself toeveryone else and learning how
to truly trust yourself and makedecisions from that place.
And.
Take action and have a whole newlevel of momentum and allow

(15:50):
yourself to pivot and evolvebecause that's just a reflection
of growth.
