Add to List is back with a packed out show. Our True Detective pilot season is over, so what did we talk about? Captain Marvel hit theaters last week, so naturally, we decided to see ALITA: BATTLE ANGEL on it’s last day in theaters — well, last day in our local theater, anyway. Before getting to that, we cold open the show with an impromptu roast of Blue Man Group Will Smith as the Genie in Disney’s upcoming Aladdin live action adaptation, before giving our final final final thoughts on True Detective Season 3. After that - a more sobering conversation about Leaving Neverland, the HBO documentary about Michael Jackson’s alleged abuse of two young boys who have finally come forward years later to tell their stories. Then, we have a little fun with the Game of Thrones trailer and pick at Netflix’s Umbrella Academy before diving into Alita: Battle Angel to close the show.
SPOILER ALERT for everything we discuss. If some but not all of those topics interest you, time codes are below. Enjoy the show!
Social media is kinda dead for now, we need a GenZ'r to manage it for us... but follow us anyway at @addtolistpod on Twitter or email the show at info@addtolistpodcast.com!
