How many of your goals for the new year have you already committed to quitting on? Have you delivered on making it happen for yourself so far, starting on day 1 like you said you would? Did you decide to wait just 1 more day to start taking action to accomplish the goals you decided to set for yourself? 

If you are committed to making your goal happen, do you remember why it is that you set the goal in the first place, or have you lost sight of why the goal really matters? Burnout is a real problem, especially for those who want to stay true to their commitments, but become too engrossed in the process of making it reality. When you become too focused on making the goal real, you can lose the passion and joy you once had doing something because now you've made it a chore or possibly even an exhausting burden to do so.

It is time to make sure that you find a balance, a combination of things needed to achieve the goal without starving out all the other things that you desire to do. You have to be the one to set the boundaries and parameters that you will live by and require others around you to also abide by. You have to scale your day based on what you what to accomplish and what you already have accomplished. Only you know what it is you truly need and how you are going to gain it for yourself. You have to make your actions and moments measurable and you have to be the one to recalibrate as you go.
