Winning an election takes a conscious effort to always do the right thing. To put yourself in a position where people have enough faith in your ability to perform and execute a task in a way that they agree is fit. Willing to take the accountability and the ownership to learn a new task. There is no user's manual to being in an elected position.
God-given leaders are the people who will show you how you will be a leader in your own reality. The people you look to the most are the people who mold you into what you will become. Surrounding yourself with the success you want for yourself is how you find the ways you need to grow yourself up.
