Haley Johnson is the founder of Propegy, an agency that creates marketing solutions for every stage of business and leverages the consistency of an in-house team with the flexibility of a freelancer. What’s really unique about Haley though is the huge shift she made over the past year really stepping into her power as a business owner, not “just a freelancer.”In this episode we discuss Haley’s journey from student, to freelancer trying to move out of her parent’s house, to legitimate CEO, employer, and business owner, and the shift that made all of this possible for her. Haley also shares her views on why you don’t always need a website to have a successful company (but what you do need!) and her unique way of looking for new leads for her business.
