The Annum

How do you describe an existential crisis? Explain your mental illness in 3 words or less. I don’t have any of the answers to these questions but I think the best way to find some glimmer of clarity, is through conversation. Sometimes I talk to myself, and sometimes to a guest. With each episode we understand people a little bit better, and in turn we understand ourselves a bit more. I hope you can learn something. I hope you disagree with me. Most importantly, I hope you stay. Thank you for listening.
