The concrete tools I have leaned as I have fought my own demons and wandered my own Labyrinth are the same tools that I now place in your own hands. You do not need to set our own emotional broken bones! We are all in this together. Join me as we educate our empathy with our shared stories and be empowered as we learn specific actions we can take to create our own peace and healing

When I first met Savannah Ganzalez, I was in a pretty emotionally messed up space. I fist walked into her yoga class because I had accumulated enough running injuries that I finally had to look for some other form of exercise.  I had never done yoga before, but I soon realized that yoga could be so much more than a new exercise routine.  Through Savannah's personalized yoga therapy sessions I was being addressed as a mind, body...
